What type of offense/defense is he going to use at Stanford? I only really kept an eye on teams like San Diego and Appalachia St in the playoffs last year so I don't know a ton about what he did in Cali.

The offense could spin in a circle 3 times and shit themselves in unison and it would be an improvement for Stanford.

Mostly shotgun at Sandiego last year, but had Josh Johnson who was very good and could throw and run. I dont think Ostrander is half as good, I know they run ball more in Spring. Lots of blitzing on defense. Players love Jim, he is like a kid out there, very enthusiatic. Jim was coaches son, very knowlagable. Jim is from Bay Area guy to begin with, tons of great coaches in Bay Area.

hes getting positive results..thats what you look for in a head coach..beyond expectations so far..hes also a very strong recruiter..doesnt hurt..will he be at michigan next year??

maybe, with possible lockout for the nfl. but if i were in his position, i would be going to the pro's. either denver, sf, or esp if offered a sd job. of course turner would have to be fired, and to me that would be an instant upgrade for sd...turner blow's....
